• Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Proposal content: The text you enter to generate proposals is sent to our AI provider to generate results. We may retain this data to improve the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referral source collected automatically via analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Quotifi service
• To manage your account and authenticate you
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (e.g., magic link sign-in emails)
• To analyze usage trends and improve user experience

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing

• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI generation of proposals
